Type Field

In this field you can select the type of property. This will help you keep your search focused on one type of property. For example, if you are looking for a single family home, select from the drop down menu "single Family Home" and no matter what price, size, area or style your results will only showcase single family homes.

This field is very helpful if you are only looking for rentals!
