This field could be the most important field for your search as it could back fire to limit your search. Here you can enter specific items you are looking for in your search. For example, if you are interested in having a pool, this is where your should enter the word "pool". BECAREFUL NOT TO ENTER COMBINATION OF WORDS, such as "pool and garage". The search engine will look for the phrase "pool and garage" not the words "pool" and/or "garage". As a result you may not get listing that do have a pool or a garage on your search.

We strongly recomend you only use one word at a time or phrases that clearly depict your search such as, "gated community".
