Bedrooms and Baths Field

In this field you can select the number of bedrooms or baths you would like to search for.

You may use the drop down menu to display results equal to, below, above and between the number you selected. This helpful tool will allow you the flexibility you need if you are not set on a specific number. For example, if you must have 3 bedrooms, but if it has 4 and the deal is good, choose "Equal or more than..." from the drop down menu.
